Meet our Chef – Sergio Reyes

Our dining options are led by master chef, Sergio Reyes.  Prior to joining the Shorehaven team, Sergio spent four years at The Apawamis Club in Rye, NY as their Executive Sous Chef, with oversight for all aspects of their highly-acclaimed dining services.

Sergio’s culinary career spans over 15 years.  After graduating from Fairfield College Preparatory School, he attended the French Culinary Institute working under the tutelage of great French chefs, and interning at Aquavit - a Michelin Star Restaurant in Manhattan.  He received his Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts in 2003. 

The Chef’s early experience included working for three years with the prestigious Ritz Carlton Hotel, and later in Napa & Co. - Connecticut’s award winning restaurant.  At the age of 24 he was appointed Executive Chef at Napa’s sister restaurant, Bar Rosso.
